"The condition of the facility made this an unfortunate stay. Other Microtels have been ok, but not this one."

The staff was nice and the location was pretty good, but the facility was in poor condition.

Room shade broken, large hole (size of dessert plate) in room carpet so you could see the subfloor, loose main shower fixture, no holder for dangling hand held fixture in shower, outlets in very inconvenient locations, paint splatter throughout the room, stains on sheets, mattress cover ripped, extremely strong odor of cleaning products that persisted and was a bit nauseating, breakfast area coffee maker broken so you could not get any hot drinks.
