"We had a nice stay and we're quite comfortable!"

I booked this location because my cousin was staying here and we wanted the same hotel. All staff we interacted with were nice and very friendly. Our room was very clean and a nice size and the bed was super comfy. I had a problem working the coffee pot and they were quick to fix it. The coffee in the lobby is excellent!

The hot tub was out, which was a bummer. We went to go swimming and the pool was pretty chilly. I didn't notice when we booked the room that the breakfast wasn't free, but that's really my fault, but would've been a deal breaker if I noticed it ahead of time.

"Diamond Member Review - Not Up To Hilton Standards"

Overall not good and I wouldn’t stay here again. It is undergoing remodeling for the next several months, but that won’t fix the overall problems. Rooms have a dingy smell, gym was dirty and you could tell it hadn’t been cleaned in a while, note was provided on check in that there had been several cars broken into recently in the parking lot. Pool is out service for several more months.
