"Trip to visit grandson "

Good place to stay but thermostat didn’t work. When we entered room temp was 58°. Adjusting the thermostat didn’t warm the room up. Had to shut off the system to get it to warm it up

"Pricey, dirty and disappointing for the cost"

The location was good as we were there due to a family member being in the hospital.

The hotel is rather dirty, the complementary coffee area was not maintained. The lighting is very poor in the rooms and I feel this is to hide the lack of cleanliness. The room we stayed in had a constant water drip from the shower and house keeping will not be done unless it is requested. For the cost I would have expected a much better experience.
