Days Inn by Wyndham Dickinson TX

BROKEN FIXTURES, NO HOT WATER, STAINS, ATTITUDES. DONT RISK IT. Save yourself the problems and stay anywhere else. We booked 2 rooms for the weekend 5/1-5/4 and started out with nothing but issues and attitude. Got to the room and tried taking a shower from our 14hr drive, found the hot water had been turned off and when turned on just shot water everywhere under the sink(videoed), Our room has stains on both beds(pictured), stains on the bathroom wall(pictured), the bathroom door handle was broken and wouldn’t lock(pictured). Brought everything up to the lady working the front desk and was met with an attitude the whole time and dismissed with a “We’ll look into it and see what we can do”. If you’re reading this and made it this far. Just spend the couple extra dollars and stay anywhere else.

2nd time here no problems, check in was easy and fast. Convenient and walkable places for food or groceries or gas.

The property was clean

As always, this place never disappoints. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are always spot on clean and the amenities and comfort for the price is unmatched. Restaurants and convenience stores are a rocks throw away. We will continue to book our stays at the location hopefully for years to come. KGS Fiber Solutions

Went in, discovered it was a dump. Paid my deductible and left.

We arrived at 2pm yesterday and checked in then i left to drop my sister off at her epilepsy appointment for her over night study got back to the room i went outside to smoke a cigarette before I went to bedand a female property manager came up to me screaming at me abme smoking then demanded $100 extra deposit for my service dog i started to get pissed and refused to pay the extra money so she called the cops on me, the cops asked me to leave knowing i live 3 hours away and that i have to pick up my disabled sister at 6am so on the property manager and cops request i left went home drop my service dog off came back to Houston to pick up my sister at 6am and drove back home and got home at 8am at that point i was up for 23 hours i finally was able to go to bed at 9am i want a refund!

Friendless of check in

Filthy floors, sunk in bed hurt my back. Hairdryer didn't work and no plug for bathtub.

Clean, Location, Staff Was Very Nice, Check Out Extension Time
