Location was great. Appealing facility.

The morning staff seamed understandable. They did listen when I explained to that I didnโ€™t get to check into my room until after 9 PM and there was no bedding available in my room as well.

Checked in online and it said they would message when the room was available. By 9pm I still didnโ€™t receive a message so I went to the front desk anyway! 9pm is ridiculous to check in. No bedding available, had to sleep on a bare mattress!!! We were just exhausted by this point and had no energy to look for another hotel with bedding!!

The breakfast options were better than I expected. The food was delicious and not too expensive in todayโ€™s economy. We had interaction with 3 members of staff and they were all very pleasant. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
