Stage Neck Inn

We just returned from another wonderful weekend at the Stage Neck Inn. We try and get up to the Stage Neck at least 2-3 times per year. Year in and Year out we always have a great time and always look forward to the next visit. Thank you Brian from Boston

The first weekend in October was beautiful ! It was a last minute visit for me and Wendy helped secure me a spot ! Donna and Dawn were both very kind when I arrived . I like how they remember so many guests ! Scott is always wonderful at the breakfast buffet even when it's very busy he is always gracious! Second floor housekeeping was great! (sorry I don't know their names yet because i usually stay on the first floor) The property was beautifully decorated for Fall ! This stay I had room service one night and it was very good! Fantastic two night stay at Stage Neck Inn. Location and setting are absolutely gorgeous! Fun walk across the Wiggly Bridge and exploring the surrounding area. Comfortable king room with all details included. Daily breakfasts were delicious with over-the-top selections and service. Loved reading the history and enjoying the old photos as well. Stage Neck is a jewel!!

While our leadership decided to make a change this year — largely due to feedback requesting a more walkable setting with nearby activities — please know this was not a reflection on you or the experience you’ve created. In fact, Stage Neck came in a very close second in our group survey, which speaks volumes about the loyalty and affection our team feels for you and your property. Our new CEO is eager to rotate venues and explore a Midwest location this year, so the group will be heading to Chicago. That said, Stage Neck will always hold a special place in my heart. It’s my favorite venue — and I’m already hoping my husband and I can make it back for a relaxing stay after our daughter’s wedding next year. We’ll be ready for the peace and beauty that only Stage Neck can provide. 😊 We’ve built a wonderful relationship over the years, and I truly hope we can stay in touch. 30 years of visiting southern Maine from the Midwest - 30 years of incredible experiences, largely including the Stage Neck. It is truly the most lovely place - consistently perfect while still being flexible and welcoming. The staff rarely turns over and is always on top of things without being intrusive. The view is unbeatable and the rooms are comfort and elegance beautifully balanced. Give it a try - you will never stay anywhere else in the area.

Great experience staying at Stage Neck Inn. First things first: spectacular location looking out over the harbor and ocean. Was able to sit on the room balcony and enjoy the view. Very nice, comfortable room with expected amenities. Very friendly and efficient staff. Restaurant handled a group dinner very well. Food was excellent. Of all the places we stayed on our New England tour, this was my favorite.

We totally enjoyed our stay at The Stage Neck Inn! This was our fourth or fifth time here and we loved it just as much as our first! The room was awesome, clean and quiet. We couldn't reserve an ocean front room this time but the room we had was nice. Next time I'll reserve earlier! The view from the front grassy area takes my breath away. The ocean with the waves crashing on the rocks is just so peaceful. The check in and check out were quick and the breakfast on our last day was great and free! The beauty of this hotel's location and the service are what draw us back every time we make the drive from Pennsylvania!
