Very nice hotel - nice pool and pleasant overall structure but slightly disappointed for a SLH. Bathrooms should be refreshed, breakfast time not convenient for travelers (only open at 8am and with no early breakfast option even if we ask reception before - we need to ask the waiters if they are kind enough to find something for us, what has been the case but we should not feel like claiming in this level of hotel ) - nice staff but some of them should be more trained to avoid clients are waiting too long, even if I know we’re in Greece :) Good location within walking distance from Naoussa ~ 15 mns by walk

I think the rooms are small but fine the pool and area need an uplift … the concierge need to be better and able to get more reservations… the amenities in the room need to be refreshed no cotton buds or cotton etc…

Absolutely adored this hotel! Incredible service. Comfortable- I would recommend getting a bigger room. 10 mins walk from Nauossa. 100% recommended. Susan, Illias, Stephanie, Rita - everyone was amazing!

Great property and a short walk to the center of town

No notice of this either. - [ ] No Printed menu available and QR code on tables not working - [ ] No takeaway container for our club sandwich - [ ] No burger at lunch. Could order it but when other food arrived wasn’t available - [ ] No ash trays anywhere - [ ] Sign up process upon arrival was redundant - [ ] Making a reservation for breakfast. Super slow service. - [ ] Extremely slow service at every location - [ ] No written menus for breakfast - [ ] No room robes - [ ] No “do not disturb” door signs - [ ] Short staffed. - [ ] No pool towels at second smaller pool

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The property is very pretty and the staff members were very helpful with all of our requests/giving suggestions of what to do during our stay in Paros. The bed was comfy and the room was very clean. We made the walk into town several times and as others have mentioned, you have to walk on the main road for a good portion of the walk (which is a decent little workout!). It was fine during the day, but I didn’t enjoy walking along the main road at night. We wished the pool would have been open in the evening when it was a little cooler. Also, we enjoyed the morning coffees (with non-dairy milk options) but wish there would have been a substantial vegan breakfast option. Overall, we had a nice stay at this hotel.

this place is the best

Stay was fine. It is not a “luxury” property. It is a well photographed boutique hotel tucked behind another boutique hotel down the street from a gas station. The place truly is plain white everywhere, barren of much else other than some pretty pink flowers. Service is very rigid and not five star level or frankly even four.

Pros: comfortable bed (actually a true queen bed in europe); nice pool areas; locations for photos; food is good (but pricey and limited kitchen hours) Cons: the staff could not be less helpful or more rude. They act like it’s a huge inconvenience to serve you or help you. The walk to town, about 10-15 minutes, is on a major road with no lighting or sidewalk. The staff is reluctant to call a taxi for you - insisting you find one on your own or walk- even in the middle of the night. Furniture, cushions, fixtures are falling apart, faded, stained, or rusting. It looks good on Instagram - but in person it’s all smoke and mirrors. I am actually shocked this is a “leading small hotel of the world”. Not up to par with other properties I’ve stayed at and not worth the price paid. They really need to re-train, have a 24 hour kitchen, and have a shuttle service to town for guest safety.
