Small room no place to put clothes. Shower draining into the main area instead of shower floor. Beds and pillows very uncomfortable

Každý den nás na pláži obtěžovala skupina lidí poskytující masáže i přesto, že jsme jasně dali najevo, že nemáme zájem. U hotelu zaměřeného na wellness bychom očekávali, že nebude tolerovat konkurenci na vlastní pláži

The resort is in immaculate condition. Very nicely designed, very clean and very easy to walk and access all amenities. Everything one needs to enjoy a beach vacation. Comfortable loungers on a beautiful beach. Several swimming pools to choose from, each having its own atmosphere (some more suitable for families & children and others for couples etc). The restaurants are very good and the Breakfast buffet is excellent. Spacious rooms with everything one needs. Parking across the street. Great location in the heart of Platanias with many great restaurants, bars, bakeries, Super Markets, pharmacies, rental cars etc right at your doorstep. Great resort. Highly recommend this resort!

A minor thing. Not a big deal but your beach/pool towels could only be replaced every 3 days or so.

- restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. - The choice of 5 pools - Location to shops and restaurants - Buffets were good considering the size of hotel - Easy to buy all inclusive passes per day of your choosing - Apart from not cleaning the kids pool, the hotel was clean overall. Shame about the beach. - Wifi has a hotspot which you can use around the hotel and not just in the room

- Room or hotel were not at 5* level. the furniture was old and wooden. - They stuck us in the older part of the hotel. - They have twin beds rather than a double, and you need to ask for a double topper (which was in terrible state) - Broken freezer door - Toilet constantly has the flushing sound unless you kept pressing flush multiple times. - You have to pay €3 for safety deposit box - The water park is €15 per adult even if you stay at hotel. We asked to use the child’s pool for our 9 month daughter for 10 mins and they still wanted to change each adult full price. - The beach has so many cigarette butts all over the sand it ruins the experience - Padel with racquets €46 total for an hour and €36 for tennis which is expensive - WiFi cuts off a lot and you have to keep loading back in - They don’t remove room service trays from front of room - cause more ants over night - 2* hairdryer

Bel espace avec tous les équipements pour passer de belles vacances ! Le personnel est adorable et dévoué, particulièrement attentif aux enfants.

Rien si ce n'est que l'on se trouve dans un espace dédié aux touristes. La première ville est à 25 min en bus. Donc l'endroit manque d'authenticité. Mais on reste sur une très belle plage avec des restaurants et des excursions à faire.
