I loved the immediate attention we received upon walking in the door. They had soup, cookies and coffee throughout the day. The soup was available after 2p Monday-Thursday and it was delicious! Breakfast was plentiful even though there weren’t many choices of hot items.The atmosphere was inviting from the beginning and the level of help was amazing no matter what questions we may have had. The pool was a nice size and towels were provided on all chairs around it. The manager Mr. Patel was real easy to talk to and even asked how things were going throughout our stay .

We did not like the pillows on the bed. As soon as you layed down on them they would deflate like a balloon and made sleep so uncomfortable. There was a small piece of hair on our bathroom floor. The biggest issue was the shower. While showering the water would run outside the bathroom which would cause us to use all the towels to soak up the water all over the floors. New Year Eve night we had a family stay above us that had lots of kids and adults, they were allowing the children to run around which sounded like thunder all day and night. Certainly not a jungle gym for children to run and play inside the property like that , but hey my stay was still great without anything being done about it!

The bed was extremely comfortable and the pool was very clean and the water was a really good temperature

The front desk person as amazing and very kind.

Good doesn't lock properly. I called front desk he can do it with difficulty but finally can lock it, I didnt ask for another room since it was only one nightalso the bathroom was spilling the water out of the shower and wet the carpet area by the beds, in addition I never asked for a handicap room Wich was the main issue for theater come out the bathroom when shower.
