Friendliness of staff. The pool was nice.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Breakfast was supposed to be included, but there was no breakfast.

Everything was locked up like fort Knox I ring the bell at the front door for 5 minutes. Or more before anyone let me in. The pool was locked up. And my parents and I with 2 different rooms went through several key cards and none of them worked it was extremely annoying.

Front desk was amazing she was such a joy to chat with. So tired and needs a comfy bed after a week of camping and this was an amazing bed and the shower felt amazing. The to go sack was cute and a great simple selection that even our picky kids loved.

The pillows were small but so comfy but really no big deal.

Our rooms had mold and was nasty and I always stayed here me and my family but this time we only stayed one night cause I have health problems and my family members as well

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Everything seemed newish, not all worn and broken down. I had a nice stay.

Pool was clean

There was no breakfast just a bag with an apple, juice box, breakfast bar, and small water. The room had black mold on ceiling in the bathroom and mold all over the ceiling in the bedroom. Furniture was ripped and looked dirty.

Non potete dire che la colazione è inclusa, quando fornite un sacchetto con una bottiglietta d'acqua, un succo, un frutto e un cracker farcito! La vasca è un po' usurata e la stanza ha un odore strano.
