The location made it easy to do what we had planned.

Staff came into my room at 5:30 am yelling for a person not even in my party when I asked why and told the manager that I was upset about this situation. He said before any compensation or anything he needed to talk to the night manager. Several times I asked and he just kept saying I don’t know anything. No compensation and ignorant you should feel safe in a hotel room especially one you pay $300 to stay at not have staff open your door and come inside unwanted I feel very violated and uncomfortable as well as my wife and mother in law never again will we stay here.

It was okay not bad. Staff was nice and friendly.

Beds were okay but it was horrible the frame on the bottom doesn’t even fit the mattress almost fell twice. We could not sit in the edge because it would tip over.
