Great ski-in ski-out options.

Hotel was great, ski in, ski out location. Stayed with a family of 4 in a room with two twins and there was plenty of room. Valet service was excellent and upon arrival, they took our skis and had them ready for the next morning in the ski storage area in back on the trail. Service was excellent, everyone was very helpful with our requests. I have read some negative comments about this hotel and I don't get it, yes it's not not the Ritz Carlton but its very clean and the staff was extremely accommodating. You are definitely paying a premium to be slope side. Restaurant on premises was very good and an easy option after a long day of skiing (recommend you make reservations if a weekend).

Liked that I could send my 11 and 14 year old to the room while my wife and I did a few more runs. Liked the ski garage too. Disliked that housekeeping never tuned our room. If I didn’t t call for fresh towels,would we have had to use the same towels for a 3 nights stay?

Enjoyed it immensely! Only thing I would add is microwave in the room.

This is a convenient ski lodge that is comfortable but not cushy. The views and proximity to the ski lifts are what make it a win. The room furnishings are what you’d expect in a basic lodge environment if not slightly dated but very warm, & welcoming.

outdated dorm rooms. Pillows and bedding are old. Shower is clean and not mildewy. carpets need replacement. Big stains everywhere. nothing remarkable about this place and overpriced for what it is. Have to be better options

I cannot say enough good things about this resort. We were there mid October so a slow time for sure, service may be different during "ski season". The staff was extra attentive, the lobby and grounds are beautiful. The rooms clean and spacious. There is a restaurant on premises, but it was closed the night we stayed, staff provided a list of all restaurants in the area (most were also closed) but did manage to find one that delivered.

This place and area is absolutely trash. Specifically reserved a room with a refrigerator and when we checked in there wasn’t one. We had one delivered to our room, which was good, but one of our friends had the same issue and they told them they would need to wait til the morning to get their fridge because no one was available to bring it up. During the “off season”, they have one restaurant open three days during the weekend. They have a cafeteria that’s small and way over priced and is only opened till 2pm. All the other restaurants at the resort are closed until the winter. When I asked the desk staff if any places deliver around the resort, they were clueless, actually less than clueless. For personnel who live here wouldn’t you like know the area and what delivers. A google search didn’t help. Also, the resort could care less who comes here as the entire hotel was evacuated due to a smoke machine setting off the fire alarms due to a party happening in the garage ball room. If you are thinking about coming here in the off season, think twice as this place sucks. If I could have given a zero score I would have.

Great place very nice very clean food was great!

We had to wait over two hours to get checked in and was shocked there was no refrigerator in the room? I thought that was pretty much standard. Everyone was very nice and accommodating so that helped.
