The free breakfast was delicious. The workers were helpful.

So expensive, for the bare minimum.

Don't stay here... when I booked 2 weeks in advance asked for bottom floor for father in law which has a walker and said would put it on notes. When we arrived of course no bottom floor. The next morning went to take shower no body soap in shower. They brought that and I usually use my own shampoo/conditioner but this day didn't take in shower and of course after cleaning room that day,no conditioner! The coffee pots looked like they had mold on spout...Picture attached.. From day one elevator was running slow and low and behold the elevator was not working... My father in law had to make his way down stairs and he was sore and cramping the whole time and next day. Adrian was kind and said we can use elevator to get him up and down only he even went up with us telling us they had to wait on part to come in. Checking out today called front desk to send elevator for father in law and she said I will meet you at stairs to help with luggage I can't leave front desk. I explained to her(Asme) which was very rude and of course had her name badge covered assuming for a reason.(what Adrian said and she said I have to call my manager nobody relayed that information to me.You are a business why not??? Communication is key!!!!! Also last night went to get chamomile tea and all out,thank goodness cause went to pour water and was brown looking. It was the worst stay in a Hampton Inn I have ever had. They comped parking but really feel like that was nothing.

Room was nice and roomy. Free breakfast. Location.

the plug at the bedside nightstand did not work and didn't even keep a plug in place.

Close to all the places I was visiting.

The shower had a some mold built up could be a little cleaner .

The staff were all very kind and helpful. Anytime we needed anything, the front desk was great about helping. The breakfast ladies were great! Breakfast was good

I wish that hotels would clean the rooma everyday like they used to. It wasn't a huge deal, but we had to go get towels and empty the garbage on days they didn't clean the room. I did not like that the bathroom doors didn't lock, they were sliding doors. Not really great when you have more than one person in the room. The one in our room was broken too.
