Ma Doo Bua Phuket (มาดูบัวภูเก็ต)

Das Bett war schön groß und der Bungalow ganz niedlich.

Die Anlage ist zweifellos ein beliebtes Touristenziel, vor allem aufgrund der außergewöhnlich großen und beeindruckenden Seerosenblätter, die einen einzigartigen Anblick bieten. Jedoch muss man sich darauf einstellen, dass der Ort tagsüber sehr belebt ist, da zahlreiche Fotografen und Touristen in Booten unterwegs sind, um die Szenerie festzuhalten. Das sorgt für eine recht laute Atmosphäre. Das Frühstück ist von 6 bis 9 Uhr erhältlich, aber danach füllt sich der Bereich schnell, und es herrscht dann reges Gedränge. Wer es bevorzugt, ruhig im Bungalow oder am Pool zu entspannen, wird leider feststellen, dass es dort ebenfalls ziemlich laut sein kann, was den Aufenthalt unangenehm macht. Leider war das Personal nicht besonders freundlich und sprach nur wenig Englisch, was die Kommunikation erschwerte. Zudem war das Bettlaken bei unserer Ankunft mit Flecken versehen, was zwar erneut bezogen wurde, jedoch ohne es auszutauschen, was wir als nicht besonders zufriedenstellend empfanden. Da sich keine größeren Annehmlichkeiten in der Nähe befinden, war es notwendig, ein Motorbike zu mieten, um mobil zu bleiben. Insgesamt würden wir aufgrund dieser Erfahrungen nicht erneut hierher reisen, besonders da die Ruhe und der Komfort, die wir uns erhofft hatten, nicht wirklich gegeben waren.

The breakfast was very average and the location was very bad. No restaurants in the area. No shops. No markets. No massage places. The 7 Eleven was a quite a far walk away. I loved the photos taken with the lilies and had I known that the location of the hotel was so secluded, I would have only booked 1 night.

The staff could not speak English and that was frustrating. They didn't know the bus schedule. There was only coffee in the room, no tea. Twice our shampoo and body wash was not replaced, after being used up. The swimming pool had many broken tiles. The breakfast options were very sparse and I paid 100 baht for 2 slices of cheese!!!

The room was nice, check in was seamless also check out.

It’s only good if you are there for the photoshoot as it’s far from everything

Close to the airport

Shower water was adjusting itself to hot and cold during the showering. Bathtub too small. Too close to busy road. Too noisy during the night, couldn't sleep. Cash deposit demanded at checkin. Reception staff not friendly
