We had a wonderful stay and were very happy with everything. The hotel was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and offered fantastic facilities for families with children. A special thank you to Agatha and Viktoria at reception, who were always friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Their warm welcome and excellent service made a real difference. We would also like to mention the entertainment team, who were absolutely brilliant. They worked so hard to keep both adults and children entertained and created a fun, friendly atmosphere every day. This is truly one of the best hotels for families with kids. We made amazing memories and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable family holiday. We can’t wait to come back!

Gostei da localização, da comido, do espaço em si e da simpatia dos funcionários

Não gostei que tendo eu comprado o regime tudo incluído o hotel não me forneceu sequer uma garrafa de água para levar à noite para o quarto. Não gostei de não poder almoçar no restaurante principal por este estar reservado para um determinado número de hóspedes tendo eu que almoçar num outro restaurante secundário que fica ao ar livre embora coberto mas que um dia ou outro se tornou um pouco incomodo devido ao vento. Achei esta atitude discriminatória e que em nada abona em favor do hotel. Nunca me aconteceu semelhante em todos os hotéis por onde passei.
