Comfort Inn Downtown DC-Convention Center

The best thing about the property was the location of the property to where I needed to go.

The room was EXTREMELY SMALL!!! I have actually never seen a hotel room so small! Honestly it was barely room to get ready for my events, the bed slept good and it was clean, it’s funny even the elevator was SMALL we had to make two trips just to get our luggage up and trust me we didn’t have a lot. What made the stay good was the staff Darryl was amazing, he was very patient and understanding because I was a little annoyed with how small the room was. Breakfast wasn’t that great not a lot of options and was not attended to properly out of waffle batter syrup and couldn’t fine help. Sadly I will not stay at this property again but we did make it through the weekend.

Was very convenient to the event I had to attend. The breakfast was also good.

The floors could have been a little more cleaner

Yo resulte con dos habitaciones reservadas las mismas fechas y para los mismos huespedes y con el mismo codigo de reserva y pin y no hubo una advertencia de esta situación hacia mi, ni por parte del hotel ni por parte de la plataforma de Booking.com al momento de reservar y me toco pagar penalidad por una de las habitaciones. Ni siquiera cuando me presente en el hotel a registrarme tuvieron la decencia y la honestidad de informarme que tenía otra habitación reservada. Debería haber una advertencia cuando se presente esta situación; advertencia del hotel hacia Booking.com y advertencia de ambos hacia el cliente. La APP de Booking.com debería de tener esta mejora para evitar este tipo de inconvenientes.

Se rompió una tubería del techo del baño de madrugada INUNDÁNDOSE EL BAÑO (tengo videos pero aquí no los puedo subir). Nos costó una barbaridad que nos cambiaran de habitación ya que decían que, una vez cortada el agua, era "seguro" Nos dijeron que hablasemos con el director del hotel por la mañana y NO HUBO MANERA DE CONTACTAR CON EL. La chica que nos atendió no hizo ABSOLUTAMENTE NADA POR AYUDARNOS. NO NOS OFRECIERON NI UNA DISCULPA. Menos mal que solo estuvimos una noche porque si no habríamos tenido que cambiarnos de hotel. ES MI EXPERIENCIA EN ESTE HOTEL Y NO QUISIERA QUE LE PASASE A NADIE MAS Y LE FASTISDIEN SUS VACACIONES COMO A MI ME EMPAÑARON MI ESTANCIA EN WASHINGTON.

La ubicación. La atencion con café y agua en el loby
