Uns hat die zentrale Lage des Hotels, die Größe der Zimmer, der Komfort der Bäder und die Möglichkeit, in der Nähe zu parken, sehr gut gefallen. Das Frühstück war exzellent.

Wir fanden die Gemeinschaftsräume zu stark kalt klimatisiert. Außerdem waren wir vom Restaurant des Hotels ("Jospers") leider enttäuscht, die Sauberkeit der Tische und der Speisekarten ließ für unseren Geschmack sehr zu wünschen übrig. Die Speisenauswahl hätte umfangreicher sein können, das Personal schien uns freundlich bemüht. Am Abend unseres Aufenthalts waren Betrunkene in der Hall, da hätten wir erwartet, dass das Personal solche Personen des Hotels verweist. Sonst war alles in allem ok.

Slight lack of consistency with breakfasts over the course of our stay

The hotel is very well located, just a few minutes by foot from the central station, with very good access to many places. I went for a conference located at the ICC, which was also very close.

The shower temperature was very unstable. It would go from freezing to super hot in a matter of seconds, intercalating between one another. The water pressure was also not great, and the door not completely sealed. So in my first night I had some trouble because the floor got soaked. The breakfast was average. It is fine that there is a special menu (in my case, included because I made my reservation with breakfast) but the amount of options wasn't great. The self-service area was also just basic, I would expect more variety in the options.

La proximité de la gare, du centre et du départ des excursions. La modernité et le confort des chambres avec un réfrigérateur. La gentillesse du personnel d accueil et le cookie tout chaud à l arrivée.

Pour tous les hôtels il y a tjs un côté sur les poubelles et livraisons qui est bruyant très tôt le matin donc à privilégier les chambres sur la rue principale. Le système de petit déjeuner n est pas clairement expliqué, accès libre à un continental et possibilité de se faire préparer des plats sales mais en supplément. La salle de petit dejeuner est très bruyante et le personnel hyper speed et directif.
