Hotel was older, needed a bit of updating. But was close to all our activities.
Very safe and clean. No elevator. Parking lot was tight.
They could do a better job with breakfast offerings. Basically only had hard boiled eggs, cold cereal and fruit. Scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy or even a waffle maker would get what is a long day on a motorcycle off to a good start.
Extremely small bathroom. We stayed 3 nights 4 days and it was never cleaned. Very old hotel.

staff was bad
The staff are so friendly! Ocean especially was wonderful and helpful with helping us check in and being sure our stay was clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend if you’re visiting Custer!
Parking can be limited and the AC is set to only stay on 10 minutes at night but the staff, location, and hotel overall is great.
