"Feels like home!"

10/10 experience :) the Kinzie makes you feel like home. Their staff is fantastic, especially Lani at the front desk and Johnny from luggage. The whole team takes care of anything you need, and yes, there is a chat feature where you can chat live with someone from the front desk if you need something :) plus free breakfast, a gym, clean, and a great location. Thank y’all for a great stay!

"Bring ear plugs!"

Really lovely hotel, front desk staff was so kind and helpful. Every time we had a question or were even just greeting us warmly when we walked in.

We liked everything about the hotel, except the very loud noise late into the night and into the early morning hours from the nearby bars. Pounding drum beat music used to be fun when I was a younger person, but now, keeps me from sleeping and I wasn’t unable to go to sleep two nights in a row at this hotel until at least 3 AM when the music stopped. The noise was just horrible. Really wished I would have known about this before booking. We were in the back of the hotel building and there was a bar/night club right across the street

Per essere un hotel a 4 stelle mi aspettavo molto di più. L'hotel è molto vecchio, la moquette nelle stanze puzza e la colazione terribile ( molto scarsa e a base solo di prodotti confezionati di pessima qualità).

Great location by a lot of good restaurants and was very comfortable.

The breakfast/happy hour room is very dated compared to the rest of the hotel with not a lot of fresh options in the morning.
