I65 Studio Suites

Until my recent retirement I did quite a bit of traveling and I know you are bound to hit a dud once in a while. But this is by far the worst I have ever seen. Our first room was so bad we finally ask to be moved when we found the plumbing in the shower was non functional. The second room was just as bad with the exception of it did have running water. The overall cleanliness of the entire facility was terrible with stains on everything and an overall musty, smokey smell throughout. In the first room there was literally a hole rusted through the tub around the drain. So the water from the shower or tub would have gone under the tub rather than down the drain. There is no way that room should have been rented. Around the base of the toilet as well as the drain in the sink there was thick layers of silicon presumably to contain other leaks rather than take the fixture apart to make proper repairs. This was also holding dirt and stains where what little cleaning was done was not effective. Grout missing from the tile floor would also prevent proper cleaning and disinfecting. The walls in both rooms had damage and was either not repaired or very shoddily patched up. Although there were hangers on the wall, there was no art work or decoration in either room. The entire place needs a major cleaning and proper repairs made. To top it off, not that we would eat there given what else we saw, the breakfast bar that was advertised was 4 muffins on a tray. Luckily there was a waffle house across the way. We stayed here because everything else in town was booked up. I wasn't expecting fancy for the price, but I didn't expect it to be that bad. If there had been another room in town we would have change Hotels. The desk clerk did try to help us but it was obvious it was beyond anything she could do. Fair warning, don't stay here.

I had a personal problem when I checked in and didn't know what to do, Steven and his associate not only offered me a solution, they made a call to an appropriate source to take care of the situation. THE PROBLEM WAS RECTAFIED IN QUICK ORDER AND TO OUR SATISFACTION.......THANK YOU STAFF FOR YOUR CARE AND CONCERN

Would recommend to anyone who is in the area looking for a place to stay. Very clean and friendly staff and very helpful. Very convenient to use the interstate and convenient for local shopping. Breakfast is included here as well. Coffee always available as well through out the day.

I have traveled extensively in my life. This is for certain the worst hotel I have ever stay in. It was absolutely filthy. Drapes were torn, yellowed 30+ yrs original. Carpet huge black stains and grossly soiled. Bed sheets stained. It was so dirty it made my skin crawl. This place needs a wrecking ball. Absolutes disgusting. Do NOT stay here. Spend an extra $20 and stay someplace else.

From making the reservation on, was a terrible experience. The room was SO dirty !!! From huge black stains on the carpet to stains on all the linens . Cobwebs all aver the ceiling and in the bathroom . The hotel is supposed to be smoke free,but there was not one area that did not smell of smoke. We slept in our clothes and slipped our shoes on to walk on the carpet. Quality Inn should close this place down, the place is shameful. This place is one step away from being condemned.
