Okay, so I had an issue with check-in and it was at 10 o'clock at night and the front-desk person named Hunter was very knowledgeable and patient and was able to help me work through my check-in process. This is why I choose Marriott because they have excellent staff like Hunter working whether it's night or whether it's day. Marriott always has first-class employees and that's why I choose this hotel.

Upon check-in, I should have suspected things were "off" because there was a group of people loitering outside. We settled into our room, came back, and they were still there just standing around chatting. The room and building have stink bug issues. They're everywhere! Even in between the glass panels of the microwave door. The TV in the main room kept going in and out, so eventually, we gave up and stopped watching. There was also no TV in the 2nd bedroom, which was disappointing. The AC unit is also very loud. We went to a wedding and came back to yet a different and bigger loud group loitering outside. There were no sheets for the uncomfortable sofa bed in the room, so we had to go back out to the front desk in the other building to get some. We went to bed, and at about midnight, we started hearing thumping music and people stomping around and yelling upstairs. Upon investigation, there was a party going on. I called the front desk and was placed on hold for several minutes, so I hung up and walked over to the front desk in the other building for help. I was told that we couldn't be moved because there were no more vacant two bedroom suites and we'd have to pay for a second room, but I accompanied the staff member to the party room as he confronted the people in the room. They agreed to keep it down, but what concerned me is that the staff member called us out and told them that the room below complained. What if they decided to be spiteful and came down to confront us? It is very unprofessional and a security issue. Afterward, the staff member told me that if I wanted to call the cops, I could, if they didn't quiet down in about 15 to 20 minutes. They did eventually, enough for us to go to sleep. But I was surprised at how nonchalant and unconcerned the staff person was. Now why I know why there are people loitering all day and night - it's clearly a party hotel. So if you want peace and quiet, don't book here! I also want to mention that as I was waiting for staff to finish checking two guests in, one of the guests mentioned that there were no parking spaces left. This had to be due to the parties, so management should really consider giving out/requiring parking hang tags to paying guests upon checkin. Since I couldn't sleep the night before due to noise, I didn't wake up on time for breakfast. But I did hear it was ample with a good selection.

The stay was truly a great experience. The room was well maintained and well stocked. Dishwasher was clean and worked as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There are grocery stores and shopping plazas less than a 5 minute drive away. This place is highly recommended.

I arrived very late and very tired yet, Mr. Earl at the front desk was more than professional and patient incredibly informative for my mother and I and made our trip that much more delightful. He has created an experience. We will never forget, ensuring future patrons for life.

The property is located in a quiet business/ corporate area. The landscape is nicely done. The breakfast area is small but, food is ok. There are two buildings A&B. Building A appears to be cleaner. After our 1st night stay my husband noticed a few bumps and just thought it was from mosquitoes the night before. But, after the 2nd night we realized it had to be bedbugs. The bumps got larger and more showed up. I had checked the mattress before agreeing to this room, but obvious not close enough. So needless to say that experience was very upsetting. I will say that upon notifying the Hotel Manager, Elizabeth, she was very nice, kind, compassionate and showed empathy and understanding. She also compensated us for those nights. Customer service was on point. This was our 2nd time staying at the hotel. The first time we were in building A and had no problems. The 2nd time we were in building B. This hotel was a great price and great location for us when we often visit family in the area. However, I'm not sure if we will stay a 3rd time.
