Clean rooms and friendly staff. Access off the main road.

Thought it had free breakfast only negative thing.

Did not sleep well at all that night. There was a track team of young men/ teens that stayed on our floor and they were rowdy all night long.

Everything, it was a great experience.

Nothing, literally nothing to complain about :)

The jacuzzi was nice and hot, but this was a scam! I

I called this hotel to ask if they had a hot tub and a "very warm indoor pool." The lady, Paula, was very nice on the phone and ASSURED ME that they had both. That was all we were coming for, and it was our anniversary, so they lied and destroyed my anniversary. After I paid and got there, we IMMEDIATELY complained the pool was ice cold and the lady came to check it and she said it was ice cold, but she couldn't get anyone to fix it till the following morning.... the same time that we had to check out. Paula lied to Booking.com and said there had been 20 people in that ice water pool, so I took a video and photos of the pool with ZERO people in it at the same time she was claiming those lies, so she got caught! She, first, gave us the wrong room, so we had to carry our things from one floor to another. After that was settled, we figured out that they had Iied about the pool, even after we called her to specifically tell her that we wanted to use the indoor heated pool for our anniversary, and Paula assured us that the pool was "perfectly heated", and we told her we were coming all the way from WV and we ONLY wanted to stay at a hotel with both a pool and a hot tub. So, after she told us that they couldn't heat the pool, we went back to our room. My wife went to use the toilet, and when she flushed it, the water poured out into the floor because the toilet was stopped up, so we called to get maintenance to come FIX THE TOILET, but instead, they brought a plunger to us that was wrapped in a plastic trash bag, and told US to sit it outside the room after WE GOT FINISHED PLUMBING the toilet that their last guest stopped up. I don't get paid by them!

The staff was friendly close to my destination

There are no chargers in the rooms for phones there are no small fridges for convenience and the sofa was kind of dirty. Dirty laundry kept pushed into the hall did not make the sidewalk safe for weather I fell.
