Hampton Inn and Suites Lafayette

The Hampton Inn was a very good experience as the staff were very helpful and accommodating throughout. Beginning with those serving of breakfast cleaning the rooms and welcoming are checking out at the desk. All were well trained, and very efficient in their duties. Particularly of note was the work of Eric at the front desk on check-in. He was professional, personal and use good judgment and common sense and getting the six of us signed in. He is a real credit to the hotel and the Hampton company. I would expect a group to return in the future for another one of our meetings.

A quick stay to catch an early flight. Hotel staff were awesome and made us a to go bag for breakfast as they hadn’t opened up the breakfast area yet. We will come back!

Hotel personnel were very pleasant and helpful. However, the room was not well maintained. The bathroom door was missing hardware and would not stay closed. The carpet was stained and dirty. The air conditioner did cool, but was very, very loud. Parking was well lit and more than adequate spaces.

Bed wasn't the most comfortable but the amazing staff made up for it

Instead of paying at check in, they attempted to run my card as early as noon the day of, then called to tell me my card was not running. I was aware it wouldn’t, bc that’s not the card i was paying with. Why would they do that? Anyway.. breakfast was good, neighbors were loud.

Dead cockroach in the room. There was other stuff left in the room from the person before us( dirty sock pair of glasses ) like the room wasn’t cleaned before our stay. The ceiling had water damage. It just felt gross.
