Nice studio with comfortable bed, very clean and with a special interiors style. Parking available, close to imperial beach and many walkable restaurants

I would add some hangers for the towels in the bathroom and the cutlery in the little kitchen

Location was perfect walking distance to restaurants, shops and the beach. Parking was ample. It was private and quiet. The customer service was responsive whenever I needed something via text.

I think check in at 4pm is too late. The hours for all hotels should be 3pm to 11am with the option to late check out. There were not enough towels, bath mats, and the hair dryer was missing. There were not drawers or shelves to unpack clothes on.

The location and it proximity to the beach.

Air Conditioning did not work and the toilet was leaking on the floor.

Windows were so dirty that we couldn’t open them. Desk and cabinets were worn.

I loved the location, in front of the beach to watch the beautiful susnet of San Diego. The place was cool and full of life. The room is nice with every needed facilities.

The cooking plates were malfunctionning unfortunately. It was overall really clean, but some small parts not well cleaned (like the windows).

Place was perfect. Very convenient. Ocean right across the street, bar food convenient store all in walking distance, staff was wonderful most important parking. I will go back.

The room is decorated super cute and the location is perfect across from the beach.

None of the windows had screens. On Friday when we arrived we noticed that one of the front windows locks was broken off and the window was not secure and could easily be opened from outside. I contacted staff to discuss the lock and they sent someone out while we were out. I received a text that the window was secured; however, when we got back the window was not secured and nothing had been done. I notified them again and someone came out again while I was present and acknowledged the window was not secure and they were going to order a part and, in the meantime, put in a lock at the base of the window to secure it. That night we set that AC to 60 degrees with the fan on full blast because the air was not blowing cold and we sweat all night. Saturday and Sunday they supposedly sent out a tech while were out for the day. I had to message to find out what happened with the tech since I never got an update. The tech informed staff that there was nothing wrong with the AC and it was working. I again explained that the AC was blowing air but not cold and was not working correctly. Once again I had to follow up and was told the AC was working. It was cooler outside than inside but couldn't even open the windows without a screen on the windows. All I received was an apology.

I read other reviews that were not so good but we couldn’t have been happier! We had a king suite with ocean view and it didn’t disappoint! AC worked great! Cute decor. Comfy bed! Could see ocean from sitting at the kitchen counter enjoying coffee. Great location! Clean park across the street, little local bars and restaurants all over within walking distance. Easy parking. Will come back!
