InTown Suites Extended Stay Anderson SC - Clemson University

Check in was at 3pm and was not able to get checked in until closer to 4pm due to the rooms not being cleaned in time. We had booked the room for two nights but decided to leave early the 2nd night after finding a cockroach in our room. We are waiting to hear back from the General Manager about a possible refund but at this point have been told that they usually don’t offer refunds. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The InTown suites is badly misrepresented on the internet. The pictures of the outside does not match what is on the inside. I was told that my room would not be cleaned until the end of the week when I check out. I Had 2 bath towels and 2 face cloths for the week. I was in room 129 and woke up during the night and roaches was crawling all over the counter and stove. I complain to the manager on duty the next day and was moved to room 130 which is in dire need on painting and it had a mysterious odor. I will never stay at this facility again and the only reason I stayed because the on duty person said that he couldn't refund my money. This was an experience that I will never forget in a bad way!!!

Great location! Close by shops, markets, and Clemson University. I would stay here again.

So bad we left for another hotel. The condition of this property is so bad I'm amazed it's in operation. Looks clean enough from the street but then it goes south in every possible way. Too bad because Anderson desperately needs extended stay type hotels.

Horrible. Front desk was closed at 10 pm. There was a security gate closed across it. Won’t take payment for 2 days? Needed to pay each day and they wouldn’t just use the cc they already had after checking in? Just stupid. Pointless. Pain in the ass. Furniture is super old , rundown, bad. Don’t stay here.

Great staff, great location and views, rooms under construction so doing great for the hassle it requires

Horrible Hotel. Room was gross the refrigerator made random noises that sounded like an alarm going off in the middle of the night. No sheets for the fold out sofa bed and no staff to be able to request any. The soap in the bathroom had been recycled. Their were stains on the sheets and sofa. Their was no staff to check in or out of hotel. People were sleeping in the parking lot. My family felt very unsafe. Ridiculous experience.

The day i was to check in, i knew i was going to be getting there late. I tried to call the front desk over 15 times, over 5 hours while en route. No one ever picked up, and i couldn't even check in for a room that night. I had to stay somewhere else. The next day i attempted again to check in and the office girl showed up late, ended up saying they cancelled my reservation and then tried to charge me more for less days. On top of all of that, their common areas were severly dirty and sticky, trash bags sitting out overflowing, the air conditioner was hanging off the wall and i could see directly through to outside. After all of that, i ended up booking at another hotel for the week stay. Absolutely trashy hotel, and the staff didn't care one bit.

We used this place to accommodate our bus driver for a large group. Roaches, no overnight security and noticeable marijuana smell on certain floors and areas. We moved our driver after one night to a different hotel.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The accommodations were clean and comfortable.
