El personal de recepción y restaurante excelente. No limpian las habitaciones regularmente, para eso puedo estar en un RBYB a menori costo.

Falta el servicio de habitaciones, hay que solicitarlo por aparte.

The room was nicely furnished and the staff were very helpful

The breakfast needs to be redone. I didn’t get any breakfast because of the long lines. There should be a buffet like that at other hotels.

"Extremely upset that my "free breakfast" is still charged to my credit card for $50."

The breakfast was great! Hotel was very clean and rooms were very comfortable.

The pool was not that clean, did not go in it. My main complaint is that my reservation had breakfast included but it was put on my credit card (an even $50) and was told that would come off. Even at check in i confirmed that breakfast was included on the rate i chose. It is sill on my card since 3/1/26! I called about 5 times when i got home from my cruise and it was very hard to get thru to the desk. When I did she couldn't help me and I left my name and number several times for a manager to call me back...that never happened. So, I am furious that I was overcharge $50 for my stay and did not get breakfast included. Customer service was terrible! I still want to be credited for that free breakfast!
