Where not friendly at all! Lines to check in! Ac didn’t work good! Pull out couch horrible! Shuttle to airport didn’t start till 5 wasn’t told that had to take uber! Food prices! $7 for bagel!

"Too expensive for what was offered"

Location was great and clean facilities.

The service was slow and the staff didn’t engage. The shuttle service to Port was very disorganized and confusing. I realize it’s a separate vendor but the FD staff was very involved and it was a mess!

Close to airport. Overnight parking for reasonable fee. Nice facility with clean spacious rooms

Shuttle drive was not friendly. Somewhat difficult to find driving in.

The room smelled like pet urine. Asked to get our room changed, but could not accommodate as they said there were no rooms available. They did however deduct $40.00 from the rate.
