"Better than expected "

The room was much better than I expected, with a small kitchen and large refrigerator. It's perfect for longer stays although I was only there one night. You do hear noises from the other rooms a little but it was very minor. I would happily stay here again.

We were able to get our room key from a lockbox which was really convenient. However, the key was not programmed for our room. We had to call and wait for someone to get us a new key. The process took almost an hour. The person who helped us was really helpful, polite and responsive.

"Same price as a regular full-service hotel, but with far less services."

No breakfast. Staff hours are ridiculously short on weekends. Pillows were terrible. Wifi did not work.
