sheets were not clean went through 5 sets of sheets before we found a set that was ok fire alarm hanging Outside are door smelled like urine have pictures to send you if you want spent one night out of 4 and had to leave and get a different hotel for the rest of are stay we stayed at this motel 7 years earlier and had a great time not this time

Big gap under the door going to the next room, floor are dirty need to mop.

Location

Avoid this place. Called in advance to confirm our reservations the same day and then drove 5 hours. When we arrived they couldn’t find our reservations and we had to settle for a different room. Only had face towels in the room. The whole place felt unsafe with random folks wandering around. Walls paper thin-could hear everything next door.

We were asked to leave on August 30. We complained about the condition of the rooms. The floors were dirty and had dog hair every where. We asked to have the sheets changed as they were stained and dirty. Fire and health hazard. Smoke detectors old and yellowed, one hanging from the ceiling. Smell of urine outside. Since it was the manager who asked us to leave and called the police in retaliation for our complaints, we should all be refunded. The police told us they get called to this property all the time. Thank you for your time.

The motel is in serious need of upkeep and upgrades. If you're going to have a breakfast have a nutritious breakfast, with choices and not just high sugar choices. Tired of motels that stay open and do just the minimum with staff and services.

Reservation was not what was promised. Beds were uncomfortable, soft and sagging. TV was a joke, didn't work. Air conditioner/heater didn't function properly. Moved rooms 3 times.

Good rate compared to everywhere else in town. friendly staff, close to family.

Definitely lacking in cleanliness, both inside the room and the property itself. The bathroom fan was too blocked up with dust to actually worked and just buzzed loudly. Stains and scuffs on the scant bedding, it was two sheets per bed. No mattress protectors, and we found what seemed to be pubic hairs on the bathroom floor matt. The flooring by the front door was clearly weathered and warped, lifting up from the floor and were loose causing a trip hazard. There was a cotton ball stuffed in the peephole and a random dirty white elecrical cord, left uncapped coming out of the wall behind the door. There was no cold water in the shower and even at just a trickle, it was boiling hot. Too hot for a shower for an adult and even worse for a child. Additionally, there was no security/privacy latch on the front door, just a deadbolt. The breakfast was very minimal with an offering of some fruit, cereal, and poptarts.
