Website states check in was at 1pm. Got there at 2:40pm. Was told to leave the office until the front desk clerk comes in. Found out pool was closed until further notice. There was leftover canned food in our fridge that was starting to mold. Forgot our cell phone in the room. Called the front desk but they stated they never found a cell phone in our room (probably the cleaner took it). Was told to call back in 1 hour after they clean the room. Called and still no phone. Will not come back.

Location worked for us. Beds were comfortable.

Cleanliness a bit shakey. Were not informed pool closed. Vending machines out of order. Breakfast nook: no plates one day,no cups next day,juice machine out of order one day, no tongs for bread...people were touching with their hands. Ran out of waffle mix and milk one day. Overall, is showing its age and needs some TLC. Could not see out window as seal gone. Carpets getting tatty.
