"Dit hotel is een beschaming voor Bali"

Wij hebben dit hotel voor 7 nachten geboekt, inclusief extra faciliteiten zoals een gratis lunch. Bij het uitchecken bleek deze niet op de eindafrekening te zijn verwerkt. Dat kan gebeuren, zou je denken, maar wat ons vooral teleurstelde was de manier waarop het hotel hiermee omging. Er was totaal geen bereidheid om de fout te erkennen of de factuur te corrigeren. Helaas stond dit incident niet op zichzelf. Tijdens ons verblijf hebben we meerdere onaangename ervaringen gehad, waardoor het gevoel van gastvrijheid en service volledig ontbrak. Wat een ontspannen en plezierige vakantie had moeten zijn, werd hierdoor overschaduwd door frustratie en teleurstelling. Bali staat bekend om zijn warme gastvrijheid, maar dit hotel vormt daarop een uitzondering. Wie op zoek is naar een zorgeloos verblijf in Ubud, kan beter voor een ander hotel kiezen.

Extremely clean and the staff were fantastic in ensuring my wife (walking problem) was looked after. Without asking they moved our room to minimise distance and steps to the facilities- excellent and greatly appreciated

Facility was amazing, the room and bed setup were just perfect! Staff were all around great everywhere we went. Breakfast was a great way to start off the day! Very peaceful environment for the villas.

Wish it could have been a little more accessible to the center.

The entire environment was just so refreshing in itself. The staff were amazing and super friendly - from the door men to the gardeners to the restaurant staff. They were super amazing people to us and the kids and were always so helpful when we needed any help.
