Mold on the dresser and the smoke smell in the bathroom of the "non smoking room".

Soo... Its run down.. needs MAJOR update and Remodel. Room was old, bed quilt was torn. Bed sheets and pillows were Clean and smelled clean. The overall room was clean but the scent of Smoke, Old rug was absolutely Strong!!.. Bathroom was clean but need MAJOR UPGRADE!! If you need a quick stay then you're fine... Don't bring the kids and assume youre getting 3-5 star hotel. Youre getting a clean Motel!!😳

There was nothing that we liked about this motel.

This building should be condemned. The room was filthy, mold in the bathroom, poor lighting, and scary place to stay! Our money should be refunded.

I didn't like much at all.

The room stunk, felt damp, the carpet was damp and sticky, was not vacuumed behind the tables and beds, the dresser drawers were falling apart, the sheets wouldn't stay on the beds, the mattresses were dirty, grimy, and broken down. We were given one towel for 3 people and told to wait for housekeeping to come by to get more. There were no blankets and when I asked for some I was told there were none. There was no breakfast, only coffee and juice. The staff did not seem concerned at all with our needs.

The room was dirty, it smelled, food in regrigerator, no towels, bathroom wasnt clean, no continental breakfast, facility smelled, security door busted. Absolutely disgusting

Room smelled terribly, like after a bad water leakage...Door locker didn't work properly (took a lot of effort to open the door), shower rubinet was broken... Will never stay again in this place, even if it was free

I do not have anything positive to say about either the facility nor the staff.

We were given a room that smelled heavily of mold and mildew. After complaining, we were reassigned to anther room that also smelled - but not as much. However, the toilet leaked, wouldn't flush, and there were dirty footprints all about. Again we complained and were given a third room. The carpet at the entrance was torn badly and presented a tripping hazard. This room also smelled. Then the mini fridge started makin a loud knocking sound which made it impossible to sleep. I unplugged it and went to sleep. Next morning I went to shower only to find that the towels were filthy. Our stay was supposed to last three nights. Instead we checked out that very morning. This was the worst experience that I've ever had while vacationing. This place deserves not being listed by any travel site. The Bates Motel would be an upgrade.
