Absolutamente nada

Llegué al alojamiento y estuve esperando 30 minutos por el recepcionista. Me dio mi habitación y cuando llegué estaba sin limpiar. Camas usadas por otras personas, macdonals por la habitación, toallas en el suelo, baño sucio, etc. bajé a recepción y el recepcionista no apareció en 2 horas. No me dio ninguna solución ni la devolución del dinero
