The lobby

The bath rooms could be upgraded the vanity was damaged and the shower looks old also the pool closes to early at 8pm then it opens at 10 check out is. At all given guest no time to enjoy the pool in the morning

"The worst experince of a lifetime"

I cannot give a zero as it is not available. The front desk said I had one room booked when I was showing a receipt for 2 rooms. It took me 10 minutes of sheer frustration to try to talk to Expedia, and once it was rerouted to the front desk, the front office said, "Oh! It was a typo!" No apologies. The room was dirty. The bathroom handles were broken. Our other friend was given a room that had dirty linens all over the floor. The elevator was tiny. The whole experience was beyond frustrating. The staff was horrible. I usually try to find a silver lining in negative experiences. This did not have any!
