Free parking. Clean, spacious room. Very pet friendly and across from a beautiful beach, perfect for walking with our dog and soaking up the sun. Friendly management, well versed on the area and places to eat. A wonderful place to stay!

"Wonderful small hotel in a great location"

This is a very clean and comfortable small privately-owned hotel in a wonderful location near Nantasket Beach, with a great breakfast café called Toast just around the corner We would definitely stay there again.

Everything!! The room’s comfortness, cleanliness, decor, view. The front desk staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable of the area (restaurants, shops, etc). Our dogs definitely enjoyed the room as well.

Restroom was a bit too small, but still, very nice, very clean, and the towels & bath robes were very clean & soft to the touch.

Size of room good.

We were on the bottom floor on the corner, traffic all night and a herd of elephants on room above. Carpet left my white socks filthy.
