Staying at The Gardens Hotel was a wonderful experience. The setting is beautiful and the hotel staff are extraordinarily kind and helpful. Cottages ! & 2 have been joined to provide a very nice 2 bedroom 2 bathroom accommodations. We loved the charming front porch too!!

"Beautiful place that makes a great base to explore Key West"

We loved the look of this place when we booked it and were looking forward to seeing it for real but amazingly it exceeded our expectations. The hotel is full of character. The staff are warm and welcoming, and both the buildings and the grounds are beautiful. Breakfast offerings change each day and there is a lovely pool that was heated to a very comfortable temperature for our November stay. It’s just a few minutes’ walk to the mid point of Duval Street for the many bars, shops and eateries, but just far enough to be away from the noise and bustle so it’s quiet for a good nights sleep. Absolutely loved it and would choose it again in a heartbeat.

Great location and old Florida vibe. We stayed in one of the cottages which was amazing. Well appointed and comfortable. Staff were fantastic and made the stay even better. This is our favorite hotel in Key West.

The Gardens Hotel was a perfect choice! Nancy welcomed us with a glass of Prosecco! We absolutely loved the hotel! Nancy was a fantastic host and had so many fabulous suggestions! She even went to the trouble of having an electric kettle delivered to our room for my tea! Beautiful hotel and great breakfast!
