Kahana Reef - Maui Condo & Home

Its right on the ocean. Love the kitchenette. Wonderful condo. The only problem was parking. The spaces were so narrow we often could not get in our car or open our door.

The property was excellent it wad clean when we had arrived. It was quite no problems the amenities were were excellent condition. Thd view was breath taking Thank You!

Ocean view was amazing to wake up to every morning .. oh how i miss it so much !! Lol loved the balcony ...nice clean little condo !! Definitely would go back !!

We stayed in room 117 on the bottom floor. No real big deal, but we did get a lot of folks walking by. Only an issue when we were running around naked. Great watching the sea turtles come by at high tide each day around 2-4 and feed off the sea wall in front of the apartments. nice beach just to the right of the place with easy access for swimming and snorkeling. Room was nice. We had a great time.

First off, the view is incredible. You’d be hard pressed to find anything better, as its unobstructed and private. The unit has been updated, and the kitchen was great. Also, the customer service we received through email was good. Those three things made our stay okay despite...the cockroaches that we found every night. I understand we’re in a tropical place, and I expect to come across a roach or two during a vacation in warm climes. But I knew it wasn’t typical when we saw three within an hour of checking in. We ended up seeing some every evening in the kitchen and bathroom. After complaining about it in my check in review, they sent someone to put out (more) traps. Because of the nature of the rental (individually owned condos) I didn’t ask to be moved, but I was offered a very extended check out time on our last day which ended up essentially gave us a whole extra day. For us, that was great.

Beautiful view grounds well taken care of. The room smelled of urine horribly. They sent a carpet guy out and he said he was there all the time. Cleaning carpet didn’t help. I kept looking and notice toilet was leaking around seal. They knew this room was stinky and still rented it. I want a full refund. Smelling sewer all week is gross.

Cozy property with great view at affordable price only drawback was distance from airport

Proximity to the water. I do suggest that a broom or Swiffer would be available for us to use to ckean the floor of unavoidable sand/dirt.
