Update: Please allow me to keep the exact amount confidential. I am generally an easy-going person, and I understand the decision the owner made under the circumstances, which is why I accepted his apology. That said, I sincerely hope that in the future he will show greater respect to every guest, especially those who approach situations with kindness and goodwill. Story We booked two apartments on Maui Vista for our family reunion on the Christmas holiday a couple month ago before the holiday. So my kids can have their Christmas with their grandparents. Without any prior communication, they gave us two apartments in two different locations. one is in Maui vista, and another is in the Kihei Kai Nani. Between 2 apartment, it need 4 mintues drive. So every day, we need to drive to another place to pick up the grandparents, and send them back on the end of the day. It is really inconvenient for us and not good for a "Christmas". There is no sorry. The owner said they would send us some compensation, but it is a lie. No compensation, No sorry words. They ask us to leave 10 /10 review to get the compensation..... Talk back about the apartment, the facilities are very old, and for the Kihei Kai Nani, they are out of shapoo, conditions. Compare the price, I don't think it is worth paying so much to gain this.

Location was ok and the property was ok. Washer and dryer was a bonus.

The sofa bed was not very comfortable and there was no where to sit comfortably in the main room. It was hard for us to find the property and the office.

The Maui Vista is a bunch of Apartments which is perfectly placed. In less then 5 minutes you van reach the beach nearby which is a very nice one. Also just a few minutes away from the town itself with its nice restaurants and parks. The Apartment itself hat a nice kitchen and a terrasse which we used a lot. It also offeres good tennis courts and a pool. The manager was helpfull sharing Information and answering on questions in time.

The unit visited was a very good shape. Looked like a remodel had been done in the past 1-3 years. Would definitely rent again.

Good location across the road from a beach, handy to shops, and a couple of restaurants. Having facilities such as laundry and kitchen is great when you have been away for a while.

Location and view is great. The kitchen had everything needed for making food at the condo. Beach gear was very helpful - chairs, towels, and cooler for packing picnics. Beds were comfortable. The in-unit laundry was a nice addition.

The location was great and the condo itself was fine, had all the basic necessities. Our biggest complaint was the cleanliness of it. The tub was stained. The baseboards were caked with dust and there was grime on even the light fixtures and clock. In my opinion, it is in dire need of a deep clean and de-clutter. The closet were jam packed, barely enough room for our clothes. Nice view from the lanai and the rest of the property was clean and well maintained.

The only complaint we have is the noise. Our condo was close to the main road. Other occupants at the condo not abiding by the quiet time rules. Not a deal breaker by any means just a little annoying at times.

Great for working trip.
