Beautiful view, wonderful pool area, but unable to use because of loud construction daily m-f 8-5... the owners did not make us aware of this. I feel the price should have been adjusted accordingly The room itself is run down, outdated and not cleaned well between guests I will never use this owner again, I will never stay at this condo and will not recommend, will dissuade people from staying here

The air conditioning did not work, either it was on at full blast or you turned it off.

Even though I didn't stay there much during the day the complex seemed peaceful at night and quiet. Everywhere I needed to be with within an hour of this location. The beach on this property was a little bit Rocky mixed with sand but still a beautiful view.. and the decor of the room was older then the decor shown on the online site but nevertheless was clean and neat

If you are not picky this is not bad condo it is outdated. Could use ceiling fan and new outlets. Air conditioner worked great.

The property itself was pretty nice. The condo had a beautiful oceanfront view and the beach was only a few steps away. The beach wasn't ideal for swimming because of the very rocky shore but a short walk down the shore and you could find sandy areas. The property also had a large grassy area which was nice to fly a kite or watch the absolutely gorgeous sunsets. The physical location was okay. We needed to rent a car because we had planned various activities around the entire island which took us an average of about 20 to 30 minutes to reach our destination. There were tons of major grocery stores and eateries only a few minutes down the road. If you're a smoker please note that this property is smoke free and that is strictly enforced. There are no designated smoking areas and you must leave the property to smoke. Now the unit itself, we had a nicely decorated 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo with an oceanfront view. The pictures online were actually very accurate. Unfortunately there were major problems we encountered with our unit. The guest shower curtain was very moldy but I called the property manager and they replaced it the very next day. The promised wifi never worked and we tried to connect with several devices. We're pretty tech savvy but the wifi just didn't work. Last but definitely not least, there were roaches and bed bugs in our unit. Roaches are pretty easy to identify but bed bugs are tougher to spot. Everyday my family had tiny little bites all over.

Great one bedroom condo with a beautiful view. It has all the comforts of home.

This was a really nice place. I would recommend that owners update toilet to low water flush model.

Room towels not clean, bed and pillows very uncomfortable, bed frame dangerous and caused injury to shins, bathroom rugs dirty, sheets had long black hair, underware found on balcony, and street noise was terrible. Also not aware that condos have long term renters which make for uncertain security
