Elevator didn't work, We have to go up to the 3rd floor with the luggage. Everything is far from there..

Hotel muy limpio y cómodo, la atención de su personal profesional y amable, solo un pero no hay posibilidad por las mañanas de tomar un café si no entras al buffet de desayuno y la cafetería entre semana no esta abierta todo el día.

La verdad q el hotel esta muy bien,pero las camas hacen muchissimo ruido

The check in took quite some time, we paid everything needed on the arrival, but were asked to pay again when we checked out.

although it was a bit far, the rooms and the service were really good. we are very appreciative of the staff as our flight was delayed and they managed to arrange for some food upon our arrival (almost 1 a.m.)

The hotel was too far from Barcelona’s center and had to ride the train daily for about 40 minutes. When I ordered room service, I did not get exactly what I requested; my vegetarian sandwich came with chicken and bacon. The cleaning ladies, did an excellent job!!!

Really nice stay at this hotel! There isn't really anything around so we did have to go pretty far to have a nice dinner but perfect if you have something at the UAB.

The hotel is OK and the staff is nice. The only problem was the A/C that doesn't work because lack of mantainance. And when is summer, the A/C is fundamental for a nice rest in Barcelona.

Staff speaks English poorly. Do-not-disturb sign was not respected. Early breakfast wasn't ready on time as promised. Otherwise very fine.
