the lady at the front desk and the cleaning ladies were very sweet.

when we got to our room they were doing flooring on the 3rd floor. 3 different times they tried to come in our room and our room was never cleaned after renovation. wall plaster dust from sanding was everywhere and i had to clean the bathroom myself. not to mention the loud construction was all day long (which is to be expected at some point) but why put guests on the floor that’s being renovated. and the bride was OUTRAGEOUS. $490 for 2 nights. the breakfast lady was not pleasant and the food was terribly dry.

"Humiliated, charged for a night and 💔.."

The hotel was fine.

The young man that I rented the room for had gotten settled in, I received a call and was told he had to leave. A sister hotel or something had a complaint and he could not stay. This happened evidently at Eagles Nest Inn. He suffered from anxiety. He was told at any time by a police friend that if he ever needed someone to talk to just call. He called his officer friend to talk. They went to the Inn in a police car. He wasn't arrested or anything but he did leave with them . Because of this he was told he could no longer stay there in the future. They also kept money that it would have costed for 1 night. I never give bad reviews, I'm sorry.
