El personal fue muy atento. Pude guardar la bicicleta en el hotel. La cama muy cómoda.

the temperature inside the room was the same with the temperature outside since the airconditioning did not work. with 35 degrees!!!!!!! I still do not know how we survived the night. The receptionist (polite I have to say) could not do anything. we changed 2 rooms but the situation remained the same. he gave us a fan (in a 4 star hotel) which did not fit in any plug. the tip of the iceberg was the next day during breakfast when I found A HAIR in my plate!!!! the waiter instead of apologising said OK. We are still waiting for an official apology from the manager and why not a partial refund of the money paid as a small compensation of what we went through

What didn’t you like about the property? “I was asked several times to leave the room as soon as it became 11:00. Furthermore, housekeeping entered my room while I was still inside, which I found unacceptable and disrespectful of guest privacy. This left a very negative impression of the property.” Short summary: “Poor respect for guest privacy and an uncomfortable checkout experience.”

Ottima struttura, staff super disponibile e gentile, colazione buonissima, hotel in centro. La camera super curata, pulita e con tutti i comfort necessari in camera. Torneremo sicuramente.
