"The Good Staff, that was very neat and highly organized made for a very comfortable & pleasant stay."

Breakfast was fine and very organized too, Staff member did an excellent job of maintaining the room as well. Front desk staff was vet friendly and helpful! Special commendation to Chelsea who checked me in around 9:00 PM, checking in was very easy and gave me suggestions to get food at that hour. Also the room didn’t have a tv remote control but she very quickly got me another. Plus she followed up with me to make sure i was enjoying my stay! Well Done, Chelsea and Thank you 😊

Good location, room was clean, staff was friendly It was close to Ithaca College and Cornell. There are also plenty of places to eat nearby.

The room was clean but the main areas had a weird smell. Breakfast was skimpy, but it was free so can't complain too much.

Great hotel to experience Ithica and the location. Outside town but 10 min drive to down town Ithica. Only 10 mins from the Buttermilk falls. Lovely staff and well maintained hotel.
