Loads of hot water, fluffy towels.

TV didnt work, beds too narrow, bath too small,very noisy, electrical sockets not accessible from the bed, sticky carpet. I didnt stay the second night

Good area. Nice green outside. Clean and good for the price.

No air conditioner, so it was hot in the bedroom.

The staff were ok

Rooms were very basic

There was a lovely lady in the kitchen. friendly and helpful

On my first checkin the front desk staff was least helpful and abrupt especially in answering where to find my room. Also ordering food or drinks, another lady was just chatting away with a customer, i was pretty just ignored for a while. She didn't pick up the pace. So in my opinion, not a place u like to return to

The hotel rooms are in blocks on two levels. The check in process was very fast, do remember to registar your car using the machine at reception. My room was of a good size.and had, tea and coffee making facilites, a T.V and a good sized bathroom with a bath. Pipps hill retail park is across the street with an Adsa, Costa coffee, and many other stores. There was plenty of free parking at the hotel.
