Friendly staff

I checked out at midnight on the Friday as there was a room behind me banging on walls and shouting so I couldn’t take it and booked in somewhere else

Nothing at all was disgusting!

Everything, from check in to check out (same day) me and a friend booked to say here as we were travelling through. Never have i ever had such a bad experience! There was homeless, drug users and prostitutes everywhere. No way was it safe for to young women let alone anyone else. Whilst we were in the room the was a man staring through the window of ours and hanging around outside. We push a bed up against the door where we felt so unsafe. After being that frightened we decided to book another hotel. As we checked out and explained out concerns the receptions wasn't in tye slightest concerned, just said yes I understand no offer to refund the £70 for the one night which is definitely not worth it. I wouldn't stay here again if it was for free.
