Établissement vieillissant. Vétusté apparente a divers endroit surtout le balcon. Dommage que certains jets du spa n'étaient pas fonctionnels.

Tout était en panne ascenseur, pas de volets roulants dans les chambres, baignoire balnéo dans la chambre qui fonctionne pas bref pas au niveau d'un barrière

Lack of Professionalism, Humanity and Empathy ,express my profound shock and indignation regarding the treatment I received at your hotel during my stay from March 20 to March 22, 2026.On March 21, while using your swimming pool, I suffered a severe injury to my right eye. A member of your staff explicitly stated that this was caused by an excess of chemicals (chlorine/Javel) in the water and they tried to help me by putting my eyes under water but the pain was so strong so I was crying and asking for help . Hotel team show a well to help me and they call team to help me and the plan to take me to hospital but they received a call then said they cannot take me to hospital and I have to go alone by myself even though I was really in bad situation and lost my vision in right eye completely. Spa and Gym staff witness all what happened . Despite my visible distress, the fact that I was shouting in agony, and my inability to see or walk, your team displayed a complete lack of humanity and professional duty of care. My complaint is based on the following failures: • Failure to Assist: Despite my medical emergency, your staff refused to assist me or accompany me to the hospital. I was forced to order and pay for my own taxi to the nearest emergency room while in a state of physical trauma and near-blindness, I reached hospital Simone Veil with help of Taxi driver and the hospital team accepted to inspect me and they gave me strong pain killer ( Morphine) because I have to wait for doctor to inspect my eye • Severe Medical Consequences: My condition required an emergency ambulance transfer from the first hospital (Simone Veil) to the Quinze-Vingts National Ophthalmology Hospital in Paris, where I underwent urgent, painful eye examinations under local anesthesia. I am still under ongoing medical treatment for these chemical burns. • Lack of Professionalism and Empathy: The following day, while I was still suffering and unable to move normally, I will send official report
