Hotel perfetto in pieno centro di avignone a 500 metri dalla stazione dei treni e dei bus ! Personale molto disponibile e super gentili ! La nostra stanza era ampia e comoda ! Prenoterei di nuovo qui !

Bed was comfortable and clean, both bedroom and bathroom were spacious. I requested and got a ground floor room as I didn't wish to navigate stairs. Check in was quick if a little brusque (I was the only one checking in at the time). I was offered and took the opportunity to book breakfast. It was handy to the railway station and the tourist office where most tours leave from as well as restaurants. Breakast was fairly basic and handy to have on site.

The front entrance was a little dirty and untidy and it felt like an unsafe area to be in. My room, 100B, backed onto an alley and was located near a door that opened onto the alley. I was woken at about 4am by loud shouting from a group of people who were just the other side of the wall. It was not only loud but sounded like it could get violent at any time. I got up and went looking for the night manager, who ended up going out to ask them to be quiet. It did quiet down but it took some time for me to go back to sleep.

Location, 24/7 desk, staff, and breakfast.

Good thing i don't need a hair dryer. To reach it and to plug it in would have required a basketball player. As it was, the soap dispensers were a stretch. I am not the only short person that will ever stay there.

The shelves in the room and the top of the bed were VERY dusty and dirty.. There was an artificial plant on the desk that was layered in dust, I set it outside in the hall. The beds were like camp cots, you could feel the slats. The bedding was fresh and clean.
