Ocean view was great. We were able to see dolphins from our balcony. The condo was clean and the kitchen had what we needed.

Had a horrible time checking into property. NO one was available to help me. Had to pay an additional $260 to rent another room. Travelocity support was not helpful.

Beautiful view and room dated but clean. Called twice because of one of the family was in a wheelchair. Was told that they have elevators and would not be a problem. Elevators do not go to all floors. Luckily he could hop and craw up stairs but I should have been told the truth when I called.

We liked the location. Close to restaurants, ocean, shopping. Easy walk. The overall property was okay, with a nice pool and deck with ocean views. Our unit, B2, was deficient in wifi, telephone, appliance maintenance. No on-site personnel to discuss the deficiencies with and with no telephone could not telephone the off-site management company. Dealings with the Lori, at the off-site location, were professional, friendly. She dealt with the deficiencies quickly.

This was out second stay at Kona Reef, we completely enjoy this resort. Will go back. Check in was a bit difficult but some of it was due to the time, it was 10:00p. It all worked out.

"Filthy Misery!"

No stars! By far the worst night stay ever..Hidden charges NEVER book with home away or Expedia.. Ghetto, dirty, condo. Poorly maintained.If your plan is to relax on your lanai this is not the place..It’s more like senior living! Just an absolute terrible waste of money..Never again!!
