La casa es amplia, buena climatización. Facil acceso

El mantenimiento de la casa no es bueno, la bacha del baño principal estaba rota de oxido, la cocina tenia los artefactos sucios desde hace tiempo. El secador de pelo en el baño adicional estaba sumamente sucio. Las sabanas de una de las piezas mas chicas estaban rotas. El patio es feo.
