The staff at the front desk were very helpful.

1. Hallways looked dim and dirty. 2. Rooms are outdated old TV's 3. Breakfast was supposed to be from 7am - 10am. Was advised at 9:10 they would not be bringing out any additional food even though mast all the food was gone. No eggs, sausage, French toast, scaps of bacon, no fruit. Very disappointing. 5. Telephone service was down. 6. Tub as dirty.

Clean and well maintained.

Arrived on a Saturday and restaurant and lounge closed for the weekend. Only person who could run it was out sick. Seems one poor management to only have one person for a service that should be provided daily. TV wasn’t working and telephone had no dial tone. Maintenance a little slow in responding so I went out to get food. They did fix issues while I was out.

Very clean

Only one elevator was working. The ice machine on 3rd floor was broken I had to go to the 2nd floor to get ice not a deal breaker.
